Paris – The two Russian tennis players Darja Kassatkina and Veronika Kudermetowa have reached the quarter-finals at the French Open. Kassatkina, seeded 20th, won clearly against Italian Camila Giorgi 6-2, 6-2 in Paris.
Kudermetova, ranked 29th, beat American Madison Keys 1-6, 6-3, 6-1. Angelique Kerber was the last German to fail in the third round of the clay-court classic.
