Tennis player Andrei Rublyov has reached the quarter-finals of the US Open in New York.
The Russian, who is seeded ninth, defeated Cameron Norrie of Great Britain 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 in his round of 16 match on Monday. The match was temporarily interrupted due to rain. The wet court at the Louis Armstrong Stadium had to be dried with towels and blowers.
