The MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg have taken a big step towards the quarter-finals in the Champions League.
The Bundesliga team beat Galatasaray Istanbul 76:71 (66:66, 36:31) after overtime in Group I on Monday night and celebrated their third win in their fourth game. The best scorer for the Ludwigsburg team was Jonah Radebaugh with 17 points.
The Champions League continues for coach John Patrick’s team on Wednesday. The MHP Giants, who are leading the table after four matchdays, will then welcome the Israeli club Hapoel U-NET Holon.
