Tennis professional Peter Gojowczyk has reached the second round at the ATP tournament in Winston-Salem. The 33-year-old from Munich prevailed in his opening match against Czech Jiri Lehecka 6:4, 6:3.
In the round of the best 32, Gojowczyk will meet the Belarusian Ilya Ivashka, who had a walk-through in the first round. The hard court tournament is endowed with 713,635 US dollars (around 718,000 euros).
