Three-time NBA champion and three-point master Stephen Curry is a proud father of three now. His wife and celebrity chef Ayesha Curry gave birth to their third child and first son Canon W. Jack Curry.

The young Canon was born prematurely after a difficult pregnancy that saw Ayesha visit the hospital on numerous occasions.
“Praising God because I can finally eat and cook a little bit again! Pray that it sticks for me y’all! Ive had 5 hospital stays since the new year and have pretty much been sucking at life”

The couple already has two daughters, 5-year-old Riley (soon to be 6) and 3-year-old Ryan. The reason why they decided to have a third one rests solely on Steph’s shoulders:
“He doesn’t have a boy, he doesn’t have a fella ,” Ayesha shared. “He’s been begging me for, like, a year now and… Whoo!”
Now he has one. And the Curry’s couldn’t be happier.
Ayesha: “Our beautiful baby boy Canon W.Jack Curry 7/2/2018. He joined us earlier than we thought and we couldn’t be more excited and grateful. Family of 5!”

The couple announced the big news back in February. As a guest on the famous “Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Stephen Curry said he never wanted to find out the baby’s gender, but his wife couldn’t keep it a secret.
“I would love to get to the delivery room and have that surprise. I’ve heard stories on both ends of finding out early, finding out when the baby was born. But she’s a planner, she wants to know,”
Even though three seems like the perfect number for this family, Curry’s opinion differs, at least according to his wife.
“[Steph would] have three more kids right now if he could,”
His older daughter Riley is already a celebrity in the United States, having stolen the show from her dad multiple times with her reactions and dance moves. We can only hope Ryan and Canon share the same personality. Who knows? Maybe one day we’ll see Stephen’s and Ayesha’s newborn shooting hoops and embarrassing opponents like daddy.
