Bayern’s new signing Olise scores wonderfully in Olympic test

The French team defeated the Dominican Republic 7-0 in a test match for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris. Bayern Munich’s new signing Michael Olise was particularly impressive

Coach Thierry Henry sent five Bundesliga players onto the pitch from the start: Kiliann Sildillia, Castello Lukeba, Manu Koné, Enzo Millot and Bayern’s new signing Michael Olise were given the opportunity to recommend themselves for the tournament in Paris against the Dominican Republic in Toulon.

And they certainly did: Stuttgart’s Millot made the start, taking a cross from the left in the penalty area on the volley and giving the Equipe Tricolore the lead (19th minute). Captain Alexandre Lacazette added just one more goal before the break. However, Olise turned on the heat from the restart, scoring two goals

Olise takes full risk – with success

For the first goal, he only had to push a perfect cross from Lacazette over the line (51st), but only a short time later, he then took a short defensive action from over 20 meters at full stretch and fired it into the corner to make it 5:0 (55th).

In the end, Henry’s side won the test against the Dominican Republic by a clear 7:0, with Rayan Cherki, who has been linked with BVB, scoring the final goal in the last minute. The French team will therefore go into the soccer tournament at the Olympics with a tailwind. France will play one more test next Wednesday, this time against Japan, before things get serious a week later, on July 24, in Marseille against the USA.
