DAZN will broadcast almost all Champions League matches in the 2021/22 season. But which ones can be seen exclusively on Amazon Prime Video?
The Champions League will be broadcast almost exclusively on DAZN in the new season. From the play-offs to the final, the streaming provider will broadcast 121 of 137 matches, plus all the conferences. Only the respective top match on Tuesday evening can be seen on Amazon Prime Video.
After Barcelona against Bayern on Matchday 1 and Dortmund against Sporting Lisbon on Matchday 2 of the group stage, the Champions League newcomer will show the following matches next:
Matchday 3: Ajax Amsterdam – Borussia Dortmund (19 October, 9pm).
Matchday 4: FC Bayern – Benfica Lisbon (2 November, 9 p.m.)
These matches will therefore not be shown as individual matches on DAZN. The broadcasters have not yet informed about the distribution of the pairings from the fifth matchday of the group stage onwards.
