Juventus bid for Ronaldo

The biggest news today is the reported €100m bid from Juventus for Cristiano Ronaldo. Neither party has commented yet but Ronaldo hinted that he may be on the move following the Champions League final. Whether he fancies a couple of seasons in Serie A, a spell in France with PSG or a return to the Premier League with Manchester United will be revealed soon.

Kante to PSG?

Kante has been as impressive as usual with his top performances for France and this is leading to growing calls in France for PSG to put in a bid for his services. With a lot of change happening at Chelsea right now, this could be the ideal time to test Chelsea’s resolve with a big bid for the star.

Now that Switzerland are out of the competition, he is free to start negotiating with a release fee clause of around £14 million sounding attractive to a number of clubs including Liverpool, who are looking to bolster their squad. It is thought that his preferred destination is Liverpool but the former Bayern Munich and Inter Milan player is keeping his options open and will announce his decision soon.
