Dominik Koepfer is in good form, but he has no chance against American number two seed Tommy Paul. Yannick Hanfmann also misses out on a place in the top four
Tennis player Dominik Koepfer has missed out on the semi-finals at the ATP tournament in Dallas. The 29-year-old Davis Cup player lost his quarter-final match against number two seed Tommy Paul from the USA 5:7, 3:6. Like Koepfer, Yannick Hanfmann (32) also failed to make it into the top four. The player from Karlsruhe also lost in the quarter-finals of the ATP tournament in Córdoba (Argentina) to the Italian Luciano Darderi 6:7 (2:7), 1:6.
Koepfer had played for Germany in the Davis Cup in Hungary the previous weekend and laid the foundation for Germany’s progress with his opening victory.
