Tennis player Yannick Hanfmann has reached the semi-finals at the ATP tournament in Chengdu, China. The 32-year-old from Weinheim beat the fourth-seeded Spaniard Pedro Martinez 7-6 (7-1), 6-2 in the quarterfinals.
In the battle for a place in the final, the Davis Cup player will face the winner of the quarterfinal between Shang Juncheng of China and Alexander Bublik of Kazakhstan.
