Sunday evening: Virtual Formula 1 regulars’ table for channel members

The first test week of the 2022 Formula 1 season is over, and we invite YouTube channel members to the February edition of our virtual regulars’ table

It’s that time again: On Sunday evening, fittingly after the first test week of Formula 1 2022, the monthly regulars’ table for channel members will take place on the YouTube channel of Formel1.de. And this time, too, we have invited a guest for the virtual Zoom round who can provide exciting insights into the motorsport business.

It’s motorsport manager Edi Nikolic, the managing director of ENIK Motorsport Management & Sport Consulting. Nikolic was socialised in the motorsport business in the wake of the “Tyrolean Formula 1 clique” around Gerhard Berger, Karl Wendlinger and today’s AlphaTauri team boss Franz Tost and is accordingly well connected.

During his time at a PR agency, he looked after prominent personalities such as Niki Lauda or assets such as the A1 Ring in Spielberg for the client A1. Later, he went into business for himself and has so far guided three drivers not into a Grand Prix cockpit, but at least to their first Formula 1 test: Norbert Siedler, Mirko Bortolotti and most recently Rene Binder.

Nikolic not only understands European motorsport and Formula 1, however, but has always been a fan of other motorsport series. He was able to gain first-hand experience in the North American IndyCar Series with Rene Binder, for example, or has also been involved in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with his drivers.

Our channel members can take part in the March regulars’ table (start: 19:00) themselves. Either passively as viewers of the livestream, or actively with text messages via the live chat, or even face-to-face with a webcam or smart device!

Users have the opportunity to ask our guest questions or simply discuss with him. The best way to do this is in a relaxed, informal setting, with a beer in hand – just like you would at a regulars’ table in the pub.

Nikolic will be available for questions and discussions at the regulars’ table from around 7:15 pm. What is discussed with him is ultimately decided by the channel members. Kevin Scheuren, who loyal users of the channel know from our livestreams on the race weekends, and editor-in-chief Christian Nimmervoll will also be there as hosts. Plus, of course, the users,

Channel members who don’t feel like actively taking part in the discussion but are interested in what is being discussed there and how can watch the livestream from 7 p.m. onwards on the YouTube channel of Formel1.de. Or, of course, after the end of the regulars’ table on demand as a video

New members of course also have the opportunity to watch all previous members’ regulars’ tables in re-live. The December edition with Ernst Hausleitner (ORF), safety car driver Bernd Mayländer, Sascha Roos (Sky) and Alexander Wurz (GPDA Director), and the January edition with Formula 1 expert Marc Surer.

The members’ regulars’ table is exclusively reserved for members of the Formel1.de YouTube channel. Membership (can be cancelled at any time!) costs 3.99 euros per month – about the price of a beer. In return, you get (among other benefits) the regulars’ table once a month and the opportunity to ask questions in live chat during our livestreams on race weekends.
