France will be without midfielder Adrien Rabiot for Sunday’s Nations League final against Spain.
The French FA announced on Saturday that the Juventus midfielder has contracted the corona virus. The 26-year-old was isolated from his team-mates after testing positive and is in quarantine. As no further players can be nominated, coach Didier Deschamps now has to make do with 21 players.
Rabiot could be replaced in the starting eleven for this Sunday’s final against Spain by Aurelien Tchouameni, who also came on as a substitute in the 3-2 semi-final win over Belgium.
