Oliver Daedlow will miss TSV Havelse for a long time due to an injury he sustained in Zwickau.
Daedlow was forced off after 48 minutes in Havelse’s 2-0 defeat at Zwickau, with the 21-year-old replaced by Noah Plume. The midfielder had to leave the field injured, the diagnosis is unpleasant: Daedlow “fractured his metatarsal during the match in Zwickau on Saturday”, the club announced on Wednesday. The midfielder “underwent surgery yesterday”.
Daedlow came on loan from second-division promoted Hansa Rostock in the summer and has quickly played his way into TSV’s eleven. He made 14 appearances, 13 of which were in the starting eleven. Coach Rüdiger Ziehl will have to make changes in the defensive midfield in the near future.
Zwickau was not worth the trip for Havelse. “We had our chances “, said Ziehl after the defeat. TSV failed to make the most of them and are still seven points off the top of the table.
