Former champion Floyd Mayweather returns to the ring. The 47-year-old is once again taking part in an exhibition fight
Back in the ring at the age of 47: the dazzling former boxing champion Floyd Mayweather wants to give it another go. The US-American will take on his 16 years younger compatriot John Gotti III in an exhibition fight in Mexico City on Saturday.
“It’s still about fighting for me. I will remain a fighter until the day I die,” Mayweather, who has been officially retired since 2017, said at a press conference.
Mayweather remained unbeaten in 50 professional fights during his career and won a world title in five different weight classes.
