Kings of the La Liga Real Madrid is on the hunt for the perfect candidate to replace Gareth Bale before his departure at the end of the season.
Liverpool’s shining star Mohammed Salah is on the cards to be transferred to Real Madrid but Anfield bosses are allegedly asking for £176m. It is said that Madrid are willing to pay him a salary of £8.8million a year. Unfortunately for them, Salah allegedly wants £13.25m to turn his back on Liverpool. Real is supposedly already now searching for a cheaper alternative.
Lyon forward Nabil Fekir has now emerged as a potential candidate as he fit’s the Madrid’s profile. Reports in France reveal that Liverpool has agreed on the price of £62m to sign Fekir. However, if this is the case Madrid’s transfer fixer Florentino Perez will have to get a move on to secure his signature. Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp denied claims of such discussions in the wake of his team’s 1-0 defeat at Chelsea. “During the game we agreed a deal? I would be surprised about that
“He’s been there less than a year if he scores no goals next season and doesn’t do anything he isn’t going to rank anywhere. In terms of the start he’s actually had, it’s the best start probably of any Liverpool player.” Barnes told Starsport exclusively.
Jean-Michel, the owner of Lyon Aulas has denied intentions of Fekir moving to Anfield. “We have had no contact with Liverpool today, Nabil Fekir is here. We hope to keep him and have him playing the Champions League with us next year.”
