After 13 match days, 1. FC Nürnberg is in the haze of the promotion places in the 2nd division.
After a somewhat bumpy first year with 1. FC Nürnberg at times, things went much better for Robert Klauß with the Franconians in the current second division season. On the first eleven match days, the club remained unbeaten in the 2nd division. It was not until the 12th matchday that the club suffered its first defeat in Darmstadt, which was followed by further defeats against HSV (cup) and Werder Bremen (league). Nevertheless, FCN are sixth in the table with 21 points, only four points behind a direct promotion spot.
presenters Alex Schlüter and Benni Zander talk to Klauß about the club as his first professional station as head coach, the lessons learned from the first year and a half at the traditional Franconian club and the 2nd league itself.
