London based MMA fans will be excited at the prospect of KSW45 coming to the SSE Arena, Wembley on 6 October. So far the line-up includes a fight between De Fries and Bedorf with other contests to be confirmed shortly. MMA fighters Materla, Popek, Janikowski, Askham and Szostak will also be taking to the octagon at KSW45.
The big fight: Phil De Fries vs Karol Bedork
The big match is the pairing of Phil De Fries and Karol Bedorf, with De Fries defending his KSW heavyweight title in his home country. De Fries comes from the North-east of England, Sunderland and will be hoping that the home crowd will give him some added motivation to ensure he keeps the title that he won in April.
De Fries had made five appearances at the UFC, whilst Bedork is the longest reigning KSW heavyweight champion. So it is all geared up to be an enthralling fight that really could go either way.
KSW is Europe’s leading MMA promotion
KSW is Europe’s leading mixed martial arts promotion, so this is a huge opportunity for MMA fans to see some of the best fighters in action.
