Frank Wettstein will leave Hamburger SV next year. The CFO has been with the club since 2014.
As reported by Sportbild, the 48-year-old does not want to extend his contract, which expires in 2022, and is looking for a new challenge. The supervisory board is said to have already been informed of the impending departure.
Wettstein has been a member of the HSV board, which he forms with Jonas Boldt, since 2014. Before his engagement in the Hanseatic city, he worked as an auditor, among other things.
His current responsibilities include the areas of finance, legal affairs, marketing and human resources.
