“The applicant exercised its right to appeal and this appeal process was conducted by another independent Crown Attorney,” the statement reads: “All stages of the appeal process have now been completed, with the final outcome that the appeal will not be upheld.”
It continues: “The findings of the Crown Prosecutor have been accepted and adopted by Red Bull. The internal process is now complete.” The company also states: “The company respects the privacy of all its employees and will not be making any further comment on the matter at this time.”
