A looming fight between two boxing superstars is casting its shadow. Tyson Fury once again taunts boxing world champion Oleksandr Usyk
Tyson Fury sends the next verbal fight taunt to boxing world champion Oleksandr Usyk!
“I’m sure I’ll smash him in four rounds,” Fury wrote on Instagram.
The 34-year-old is apparently set to return from retirement after being challenged to a fight by Usyk.
According to consistent media reports, the Briton has asked both Usyk and his management to make him an offer by September 1.
Fury taunts Usyk not for the first time
Usyk last defended his world heavyweight title, defeating former champion Anthony Joshua on points.
Following only his fourth fight at heavyweight, Usyk directly challenged Fury. “I’m sure Tyson Fury hasn’t finally retired, I’m convinced he wants to fight me,” Usyk said, adding, “I want to fight him, if it’s not Tyson Fury, I won’t fight at all. “
Fury’s response was not long in coming. “That was one of the worst heavyweight fights I’ve seen yes. I’d finish them both in one night.”
“Get the chequebook out,” he added on his social media channel.
