KFC Uerdingen’s Jesse Sierck has been handed a four-match ban – two of which he has already served – after his assault in the away game against FC Homberg.
The next setback for KFC Uerdingen: The Krefeld side announced on Thursday that the West German Football Association’s sports court has handed defender Jesse Sierck a four-match ban following his sending-off during the 1-1 draw with FC Homberg. The central defender, who came from FSV Frankfurt on a free transfer before the season, is one of KFC’s regulars and has played ten league games so far this season.
The bottom team in the Regionalliga West, which has been waiting for a win for eight games, can rely on its defensive player again in the last game of the year against Bonner SC. Sierck has already served two of the four games. He was not in Alexander Voigt’s matchday squad against both Preußen Münster and the second team of FC Schalke 04.
