Paris – Former top ten player Jo-Wilfried Tsonga will end his tennis career after the French Open in Paris in May.
The 36-year-old announced this among others on Twitter. One of the Frenchman’s greatest successes was reaching the final of the Australian Open in 2008. In 2012, he was ranked fifth in the world. Tsonga is currently ranked 220 in the world.
In the past few years, he has repeatedly had to battle with injuries.
