Dies Wouters had to wait until matchday 8 for his starting debut for Schalke 04: In the 2-0 win in Rostock on Saturday, the Belgian replaced the suspended Victor Palsson in defensive midfield (kicker grade 4). On Wednesday, Wouters twisted his left foot in training, and a start on Sunday against FC Ingolstadt (1.30 pm, LIVE! on kicker) currently seems uncertain. The substitution of the Palsson substitute could be Florian Flick.
Darko Churlinov wore a mask during the session, he is currently suffering from a jaw injury. It is not serious, Churlinov is available for the weekend.
