Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas has won his first ATP title on grass shortly before the start of the tennis classic at Wimbledon.
The 23-year-old defeated Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (7-2) in the final of the tournament in Mallorca. It was the ninth title of his career. Tsitsipas, ranked sixth in the world, is seeded fourth in the grass-court classic at Wimbledon and will meet Swiss qualifier Alexander Ritschard in the first round.
