Agüero still playable without live form
Agüero is no longer playable in career mode, kick-off mode, online seasons and online friendly games. In kick-off mode, he can still be taken to the virtual turf by deactivating the live form for both the top Catalan club and the Argentine national team – his map is of course still available in FUT.
Agüero may have disappeared from the packs, but the objects already on the transfer market and in the individual clubs remain – after all, the cards are the property of the FUT players. And as long as the traders don’t mess around with them in the coming days, EA SPORTS will probably not have to intervene in the freedom of the transfer market.
FUT: Icon card? Hero object?
In FIFA 23, Agüero will no longer appear at all – unless the developer decides to retrospectively honor him for his impressive career. An icon map would certainly be too exaggerated at this point in time, but a hero object would be possible. The record goalscorer Manchester City would have deserved this award in any case.
