It was already clear that the first Clasico of the season would take place on matchday 9 at the Bernabeu. Now it is also known when exactly the kick-off will be.
The two teams are currently only two points apart. However, there are still two matchdays to go before the showdown. Real have to play Osasuna and FC Getafe, FC Barcelona first travel to Mallorca and then host Celta Vigo.
On Matchday 9, on Sunday 16 October at 4.15 pm to be precise, the eternal rivals will then meet head-to-head in Madrid. The royals still have a score to settle with the Catalans, because in Barça’s last visit to the capital, Ancelotti’s eleven was badly beaten 4-0. Before that, however, Real had won four league matches in a row.
This is not the first Clasico for former Munich player Robert Lewandowski. On 24 July, he met the Madrilenians with Barcelona in a test match in Las Vegas, his team won 1-0.
DAZN still owns the broadcasting rights to La Liga until 2026. This match will therefore also be shown on the streaming channel
