The national basketball team will have to do without Karim Jallow for the two World Cup qualifiers against Israel. National coach Gordon Herbert has re-nominated two players.
The 24-year-old Jallow has to miss out due to calf problems. National coach Gordon Herbert nominated the two Hamburg players Robin Christen and Max DiLeo. The duo already took part in the first training session in Frankfurt am Main on Sunday. The German team will first compete in Tel Aviv on Friday.
Three days later, the selection of the German Basketball Federation will then receive Israel in Heidelberg. The German team has started the qualification for the 2023 World Cup with one win and in one defeat.
