The BBL has published the fixture list for the 2024/25 season. It starts on Friday, September 20 with the game between FC Bayern Munich and the Niners Chemnitz
This is a matchday 3 fixture and both Bayern and Chemnitz will be in action again this weekend. Bayern has to travel to MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg on Sunday, while Chemnitz has a home game against ratiopharm Ulm.
Alba Berlin opens the season away from home, playing at Veolia Towers Hamburg on Sunday. Newly promoted Frankfurt will host BG Göttingen in the season opener. As there are only 17 teams in the BBL this season, one team will always have a game off, which is Würzburg on the first matchday.
The first game on free-to-air television will be Ulm’s visit to Chemnitz. Welt will broadcast on Sunday, September 22 at 4.30 p.m.
