1. FC Köln can once again rely on head coach Steffen Baumgart in the away game at RB Leipzig.
After the attempt failed the day before, Baumgart successfully cleared himself on Wednesday and is therefore allowed to leave domestic isolation. The 50-year-old will lead FC training on Wednesday and sit on the bench in Leipzig on Friday.
Baumgart had to watch the 1-0 win against SC Freiburg on Saturday from his couch at home after suffering from a Corona infection. According to the club, he remained “without any symptoms worth mentioning for the entire duration”.
