Cool temperatures, a strong debut and a best time in the Emil Frey Lamborghini – The ADAC GT Masters has kicked off at Zandvoort
Franck Perera of Team Emil Frey Racing has marked the first fastest time at the third tour stop of the ADAC GT Masters at Zandvoort. The Frenchman was fastest in Friday morning’s first free practice session in the 54 Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II to second.
A good debut in the German GT Championship was celebrated by Lorenzo Ferrari. The young Italian, who replaces Jonathan Aberdein in Team Landgraf, finished third together with fellow driver Raffaele Marciello in the 15 Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II of Team Rutronik Racing.
Cool temperatures greeted the drivers on the dune circuit at Zandvoort on Friday morning. On a damp track, it took several laps before the drivers could bring the tyres up to the optimum working temperature.
In the 28th lap, Frank Perera, who shares the cockpit of the Lamborghini with Arthur Rougier, set the fastest time, which was not beaten by any driver again.
