Wrestler Pascal Eisele beckons bronze at the European Championships in Budapest. The 2017 World Championship bronze medallist will fight for the medal in the 82 kg category against Yaroslav Filchakov (Ukraine) or Burhan Akbudak (Turkey) on the last day of competition.
Eisele (29) had failed in the semi-finals against Gela Bolkwadse (Georgia).
Franz Richter (130 kg) lost the small final for bronze on Saturday by a razor-thin margin of 1:1 points, his opponent Konsa Mäenpää (Finland) won the fight due to the last score awarded.
Etienne Kinsinger (63 kg) lost his bronze bout against Olexander Hruschyn (Ukraine) 2:5. Richter and Kiesinger both finished fifth.
