On Thursday, Borussia Dortmund will take on Glasgow for the Europa League second leg – and probably with Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian completed the full unit with the reserves at the training centre in Dortmund-Brackel on Monday. Haaland had missed the first leg of the round of 16 play-off against Glasgow Rangers (2:4) and three Bundesliga matches due to adductor problems, most recently also the furious 6:0 against Gladbach on Sunday.
Coach Marco Rose has recently been cautious about a return to the squad. For the 21-year-old it is already the third muscle injury of the current season: From the end of September to mid-October he was out for three games, due to a major problem in the hip flexor Haaland missed even seven games from the end of October to the end of November.
The striker has 16 Bundesliga goals and six assists in 14 Bundesliga games this season.
