Two new winter signings celebrated their debut at the start of the VBL Club Championship – TSG Hoffenheim have found a new hopeful.
Five new faces have emerged from the winter transfer period of the Virtual Bundesliga (VBL) Club Championship by bevestor: Berkay ‘BerkayLion’ Demirci strengthens SV Werder Bremen, Laurin-Noah ‘VfLSnakez_1848’ Bartsch replaces Dave ‘VfLBlackdave’ Technow at VfL Bochum, Jonas ‘Jonny’ Wirth complements SC Paderborn, Collin ‘Cooolliiin. fifa’ Völter is new at Holstein Kiel and Fabrice ‘whiteezz05’ Weiß replaces Marcel ‘plaplup’ Schwarz at TSG Hoffenheim.
While ‘BerkayLion’ as well as ‘Jonny’ were not yet used on matchday 13 and 14 and VfL Bochum’s matches had to be postponed around ‘VfLSnakez_1848’ due to corona, ‘Cooolliiin.fifa’ and ‘whiteezz05’ debuted for their clubs – with different roles and results.
Scarce debut defeat for ‘Cooolliiin.fifa’
‘Cooolliiin.fifa’ was allowed to play for Kiel in the Xbox singles against FC Schalke 04, he faced Julius ‘Juli’ Kühle. Völter sold himself dearly despite the 1:2 defeat, but was also unable to ensure a better overall result than the 1:7 from the point of view of the Störche, who continue to occupy last place in the North-West Division.
A clear upward trend, on the other hand, can be seen at TSG Hoffenheim: For the first time in the current season, the Kraichgauer won both matches of a double matchday, taking a strong eleven points against 1. FC Nürnberg (6:3) and Hertha BSC (5:2). Hoffenheim thus climbed to tenth place in the south-east division and reduced the gap to the play-off places to seven points.
White involved in ten of eleven TSG points
Thanks in large part to their squad newcomer ‘whiteezz05’, TSG did well on Wednesday night. The 16-year-old defeated both Yannick ‘Klastocky’ Grum (5:2) and Eren ‘ErenPyrz030’ Poyraz (2:0) in his Xbox singles, while he also teamed up with Lukas ‘Lukas_1004’ Seiler to pick up four points in the doubles against Antonio ‘antonioradelja’ Radelja and ‘Klastocky’ (2:0) and Tom ‘Biss0__23’ Bismark and ‘ErenPyrz030′ (1:1).
White has immediately established himself as a performer as well as a hopeful. The youngest VBL Club Championship debutant ever already seems to be rising to become a regular. Whiteezz05’ already attracted attention in FIFA 22 during the first Division Rivals Season: In the Eastern Europe zone, he finished 13th ahead of several top players and thus qualified for the first qualifier of the Global Series.
