Benzema now seventh

Benzema is now the top scorer in Spanish La Liga with 15 goals and has moved up to seventh in the Golden Shoe rankings, level with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah. Apart from Lewandowski, only Patrik Schick (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) and Dusan Vlahovic (AC Florence) are ranked ahead of Benzema in the European top leagues with 16 goals and 32 points each.
