About the regulations: The top of each group qualifies directly for the round of 16, while the runner-up meets the third-placed clubs in the Champions League in the intermediate round. Matches between clubs from the same national association are excluded. Whoever finishes the preliminary round in third place in a group will also spend the winter in Europe, but will then have to start in the Europa Conference League in the spring. Only the fourth-placed teams in the group are out for sure.
In Group A everything has already been decided: Olympique Lyon (15 points) have qualified for the last 16, Glasgow Rangers (7) for the intermediate round because of the direct comparison with Sparta Prague (4). Prague and Brøndy IF (2) will meet in the Czech capital to determine third place;
