83:123! Wembanyama’s Spurs take a beating in first away game

Victor Wembanyama lost the first home game of his NBA career. Now he lost the first away game as well – and by a lot

Super talent Victor Wembanyama has lost the first away game of his NBA career and conceded with the San Antonio Spurs a clear 83-123 against the Los Angeles Clippers. In Los Angeles, the 19-year-old Frenchman did not manage much, five of the 25 ball losses of the Spurs were on his account. He finished the game with eleven points, five rebounds, two assists, one block and one stolen ball. For the Clippers, stars Paul George, Kawhi Leonard and Russell Westbrook made things clear. Leonard recorded 21 points, George and Westbrook each scored 19.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers led by superstar LeBron James lost 127-132 after overtime to the Sacramento Kings and for the second time this season. Anthony Davis (30) and James (27) combined for 57 points. But De’Aaron Fox with his 37 points led the Kings to their second win of the season, although he was not even allowed on the court at the end because of too many fouls.

After his outstanding debut with 39 points Damien Lillard came in the second game for the Milwaukee Bucks on only six points in 29 minutes and conceded with his team a 110:127 against the Atlanta Hawks.
