Tsv 1860 München wants to continue working with its managing directors Günther Gorenzel (50) and Marc-Nicolai Pfeifer (41). The advisory board has unanimously voted not to make use of the termination of the contracts, which is possible until the end of the year.
“The shareholders are convinced that continuity in terms of personnel is helpful for the sporting success of TSV 1860 München in professional football,” the third division club announced on Wednesday.
Gorenzel has been the Munich club’s sporting director since January 2018, while Pfeifer became responsible for the commercial area in July 2020.
The Löwen’s advisory board includes administrative board member Nicolai Walch and president Robert Reisinger for TSV 1860 München e.V., as well as Andrew Livingston and Saki Stimoniaris as representatives of majority shareholder Hasan Ismaik.
