Herctor Bellerín is increasingly linked to a room at Arsenal. The 22-year-old rightback would allegedly no longer be happy with the London club and Juventus would be interested in taking over the former youth player from Barcelona for 56 million euros. Ray Parlour could not understand a sale of Bellerín.
“He is still very young, he still teaches and is eager to learn,”the former midfielder of Arsenal notes in conversation with Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast,”I would be really surprised if Arsenal Bellerín were to sell. I think he needs to be better from a defensive point of view, but he can certainly do that. He didn’t have the best season in the world.
“I also think he would be the first one to admit it, but I rate him very highly. I wouldn’t sell it for 56 million, because you still have to replace it in your selection. Good backs are hard to find today, because they should also be able to play as offside players. He has a lot of speed, so I wouldn’t sell him. Absolutely not.
Do you expect Héctor Bellerín to be active at Arsenal after this summer?
