Those who are not a stranger people who pay attention to the rules or minor details or if frivolity is seen and get angered about it, well they are not the only one’s considering it is 2016. Your intention does not hold any importance to a lot of people especially those who like to put their nose into your business due to which your parade is pissed.
One such example could be Thomas Kurschildgen who is the director of the German Athletics Federation. While talking to BBC recently, he stated that the two marathon runners Lisa and Anna Hahner, who crossed the finishing line holding each other’s hands was something that was not approved by him. He also stated that as per him, the two did not compete on an Olympic race but was doing it for fun.
On the blog post of the twins, they stated that they were full of joy and were happy and proud; they also ended it by saying that their dream has finally become true. The Marathon which took place on Sunday was completed by the Hahners twins by bagging the 81st and 82nd on the finals. Kurschildgen stated that he felt it was a slap and was also disrespecting the other German team athletes.
The New York Time got a statement from Anna Hahner that she felt that the fact both of them finished the marathon together itself was a magical moment, they went on to state that they did not even think about what they had been doing. They also felt proud of the fact that they were Olympians as per a statement that had been uploaded on Facebook even though they admitted that their performance was something that was not the best. They stated, that one of the sporting moments which they consider was the biggest was the fact that the finish line had been crossed by both them.
